授業等における中国足彩在线感染症対応について（通知）
標記のことについて、本学における中国足彩在线感染症対応について、
下記のとおりお知らせします。
なお、令和5年5月10日付けで行った通知から取扱いの変更はありませんが、
各自確認のうえ、感染予防を心がけ、出席停止期間を守るようにしてください。
記
１．中国足彩在线感染症に感染が確認された場合の出席停止及び外出について
《出席停止期間》
「発症した後５日を経過し、かつ、症状が軽快した後１日を経過するまで」を
基準とします。
なお、「発症した後５日を経過」や「症状が軽快した後１日を経過」については、
発症した日や症状が軽快した日の翌日から起算します。
罹患した場合、以下5.に記載のとおり欠席連絡をしてください。
《出席停止により欠席した授業等の取扱い》
学校感染症による出席停止により欠席した授業等については、みなさんの不利益
とならないよう、代替措置等を講じるなど適切な配慮を行いますので、快復し登校
を再開した際は、授業担当教員へ申し出て指示を受けてください。
《外出等に関して》
療養期間の外出については、熊本県が公表している「中国足彩在线
感染症の5類変更に伴う県の対応について」（※1）のとおり、個人の判断と
なりますが、前述の期間は外出を控える、発症後１０日経過するまではマスク
を着用する等の対応が推奨されていますので、ご留意ください。

２．マスク着用の取扱いについて
個人の主体的な選択を尊重し、着用は個人の判断に委ねることを基本とします
が、中国足彩在线感染症に感染した場合には、発症から１０日を経過する
まではマスクの着用を推奨します。
ただし、医療機関等における実習など、マスク着用が必要と考えられる状況に
おいては、当該実習機関、学生所属学部等からの指示を優先することとします。
３．対面授業に参加することが難しい場合について
基礎疾患があるなど様々な事情により感染不安等を有し、医師の診断書等(※2)
の提出があった場合又は保健センターで配慮が必要と判断された場合には、遠隔
での受講を認めることがありますので、所属学部等の教務担当へ相談してください。
（※2）医師の診断書等には本人及び保護者連名の理由書（様式自由）を含みます。
４．その他の学校感染症における出席停止期間について
インフルエンザ等の他の学校感染症における出席停止期間については、以下の

?This is to inform you of the following information regarding new coronavirus infection
at Kumamoto University.
?There is no change in the handling of this matter from the notice issued on May 10, 2023,
but we ask you to take precautions against infection and observe the period of suspension
of class attendance.
? ? ?Notification
1. Suspension of class attendance, etc. in the case of infection of new coronavirus
《Period of suspension of attendance》
? ? ? ? The standard period of suspension is "until five days have passed after the onset of
? ? ? symptoms and one day has passed after symptoms have abated”.
? ? ? ? The "five days after the onset of the disease" and "one day after the symptoms have
? ? ? lessened" are calculated from the day after the onset of the disease or the day after
? ? ? the symptoms have lessened.
? ? ? ? In the event of infection, please notify the faculty/school of your absence as in 5. below.
? ?《Handling of classes, etc. missed due to suspension of attendance》
? ?Appropriate consideration such as alternative measures, etc. will be given concerning
? ? missed classes, etc., so as not to cause disadvantages to you.
? ? ? ?When you recover and resume attending classes, please report to the teachers/instructors
? ? in charge of the classes and receive instructions.
? ?《Regarding going out, etc.》
? ? ? Going out during the recuperation period is left to your discretion, as stated in the
? ? Kumamoto Prefecture's "Prefecture's Response to Changes of New Coronavirus Infections to
? ? Type 5" (*1). Please note that in Kumamoto Prefecture, measures such as refraining from
? ? going out during the above-mentioned period and wearing a mask until 10 days have passed
? ? since the onset of symptoms, are recommended.

2. Handling of mask wearing
? ? ?Basically, the wearing of masks is left to your judgment, respecting your independent
? ?choice. However, in the event of infection with a new type of coronavirus infection,
? ?the wearing of masks is recommended until 10 days have passed from the onset of illness.
? ? ?In the cases where it is deemed necessary to wear a mask, such as during a practical
? ?training at a medical institution, please give priority to the instructions of your?training?
? ?site or faculty.
3. In the cases of difficulty in participating in face-to-face classes
? ? In the cases where you have a medical condition that makes you susceptible to infection,
? and a doctor's certificate (*2) has been issued and submitted, or where the Health Center
? deems it appropriate for you not to attend face-to-face classes, you may be allowed to attend
? classes remotely. Please consult with the academic affairs office of your faculty/school.
